SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

 

Techvista LLC operates strictly as an Information Technology and Software Development company. We do not manufacture, sell, or ship tangible, physical goods. Consequently, traditional physical shipping methods, freight services, and tracking numbers do not apply to our business operations.

1. DIGITAL DELIVERY METHOD All products, services, and deliverables generated by Techvista LLC—including custom website source code, enterprise software builds, mobile app packages (such as APK or IPA files), and graphic design mockups—are delivered 100% digitally and electronically.

  • Delivery Channels: Deliveries are executed via secure digital means, which include but are not limited to:

    • Secure cloud storage download links (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive).

    • Direct code repository access transfer (e.g., GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket).

    • Direct server deployment and live hosting configuration on the client's cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, DigitalOcean, custom VPS).

    • Submission of mobile application binaries directly to the official Google Play Store and Apple App Store on behalf of the client.

2. DELIVERY TIMELINES AND DEADLINES

  • Estimated delivery timelines for project milestones are clearly defined within the individual scope-of-work documents, service contracts, or project proposals mutually signed prior to project kickoff.

  • Because custom software engineering is iterative, timelines may vary based on structural feedback and client responsiveness. Techvista LLC guarantees to make every professional effort to meet project deadlines, provided that the client fulfills their asset submission and milestone feedback obligations.

3. POST-DELIVERY TESTING AND WARRANTY SUPPORT

  • Final Acceptance: Upon electronic delivery or server deployment of the completed website or software, the client is granted a specific review period (typically 7 to 14 business days) to thoroughly test the product for errors, bugs, or non-compliance with the original specifications.

  • Technical Support Window: Techvista LLC provides a complimentary 30-day technical support and bug-fixing window commencing immediately upon final digital delivery. During this period, any technical bugs, errors, or malfunctions directly related to our developed code will be patched and resolved at no extra charge.

  • Post-Warranty Maintenance: Any modifications, feature additions, or technical support requested after the 30-day post-delivery support window has expired will require a separate monthly maintenance agreement or will be billed at our standard hourly development rates.
